The left – I was a full-time athlete in the USA playing tennis and going to the gym twice a day. I truly believed I could eat however much I wanted “because I was exercising all the time”.
The Right – Today, I have a scientific understanding of weight management, I exercise once a day 3-4 times a week and eat a diet that compliments my goals and food preferences.
