I will set your nutrition targets so you lose 1lb a week every week. I’ll hold your hand daily, be your biggest cheerleader (as well as give you a kick up the bum when you need one). All so it doesn’t feel like you’re on a diet, to ensure you NEVER have to diet again.

The left – I was a full-time athlete in the USA playing tennis and going to the gym twice a day. I truly believed I could eat however much I wanted “because I was exercising all the time”.
The Right – Today, I have a scientific understanding of weight management, I exercise once a day 2-3 times a week and eat a diet that maintains my weight around my lifestyle & food preferences.
