1-2-1 Consultations
A 1-off, 1 hour coaching session
For the time you don’t need a full course, or ongoing accoutability, just Stephs brain for an hour or so

If you’re looking for a one off nutrition consultation with me maybe:
– You’re on the right track but just need reassurance
– You’ve embarked on a new type of diet and would like advice on it
– You’re an athlete and would like guidance on nutrition to suppot your training/ comps
– You want to gain weight, but have no idea where to start
Here’s how the consultation process works:
1) On sign up I will send you a link to fill out a short online questionnaire which covers your previous dieting history, background and goals
2) I will send you a food diary template with instructions on how to fill it out
3) We will schedule in a date and time for our consultation
4) I will anaylse your questionnaire and food diary BEFORE we get on the call
The next steps will be very individualised based on your goals, and your information/ food diary results
