Protein is the most satiating macronutrient of the 3, meaning it will help to keep you fuller for longer when compared to the same amount of calories of fats and carbohydrates
You know that already right, so why aren’t you utilising it as a tool?!
- Think of protein as the Queen of your body’s castle
Protein keeps your body healthy by giving bone it’s structure, it keeps the cells of the skin maintained + also has a big say in the health of your eyes, hair, nails, organs and pretty much anything you can think of to do with your body
Look good, feel good right?!
- Think of protein as your strong smiling sensation of the day
Protein is the key nutrient in maintaining + growing muscle. It helps to stimulate muscle growth and without it, you’re basically a weaker person
Who wants to be weak and feeble?!
