“Where is this kitchen that everyone says makes abs?!”
You can always rely on me, to be honest with you. So here goes:
1) You think exercise is the biggest part of the equation:
You complete one exercise session and then reward yourself by going home and pigging out
Eating one donut will cancel out the 200kcals you burned in that one session alone
2) You get disheartened too easily
You get upset that the scales have gone up this past week and it throws you off and turns you into a calorie monster
3500 calories = 1lb of body fat. If the scales have gone up by 2 pounds, ask yourself have you really eaten an excess of 7000 calories this week, or could it be water retention?
3) You blame your environment
You’re excuse to falling off the wagon this week was that you’re partner still has chocolate and crisps in the house and it’s just too much to resist
Nobody has more power over your journey than number 1
