But if you can’t stay consistent with it, well.. we could argue it’s not the best diet in the world

But most importantly, you won’t lose any weight

So today I’m going to share with you

3 ways to stay more consistent with losing weight

The reason, and then some advice to help you ultimately stay more consistent with losing weight 

  1. If you’re often hungry, you’re likely being too restrictive with your calories

For the next 2 weeks so you can get into the groove, create a slightly smaller calorie deficit  

2. You can’t see yourself eating this way in 10 years time

I don’t need to tell you this, as you’ve likely experienced this many times over

If you don’t enjoy a diet within the first couple of days, you’re done, it’s over 

3. YOU. Are your own worst enemy

You will always find a reason to put losing weight on the back burner, there’s always next Monday after all

You must find someone to support you, that cares about your success

An individual, or a group of people. Once you find them, cake yourself in them (pun intended, if that even makes sense?!)

We do it in every other part of our lives except when it comes to losing weight 

So it’s time to put your ego to one side, and ask for help!!!!!
