Anyway, enough joking around, now to the juicy, the 3 weight loss mistakes you keep making!

Can you count up for me, the amount of diets you’ve failed on?

Once you’ve done that, write that number down for me

Now… do you know why you’ve failed on each and every single one of them?

Do you take a second to analyse why it didn’t work, and continues not to work?

I bet at least 2 out of the 3 of these 3 weight loss mistakes you keep making, you can relate to:

  1. Going back to the same diet plan that has never worked for you before 

It’s like keep getting back with an ex that you know can’t give you what you need

I don’t care what you say, you deserve better than keeping returning to Slimming World syns and being miserable for weeks on end

2. Relying on willpower as your source of consistency 

Willpower is like a petrol tank, the more you use it, the faster it runs out

I don’t care what you say, willpower is a terrible tool to rely on, and I need you to accept that fact, I know you already know it, and you need to invest in more quality guidance and education instead

3 . Depriving yourself of the foods you love the most 

If I tell you not to look at the nail on your big toes, what is the only thing you can now think about doing?!

I don’t care what any other nutrition and weight loss coaches say, it’s important you eat the junk and drink the alcohol, otherwise you start to rely on willpower again… and well, we are all well aware of the vicious Yo-Yo dieting cycle that proceeds
