1. Stay hydrated

Drink more water than usual. It will keep your appetite at bay

2. Stick to 2-3 main meals per day

Either skip breakfast or avoid snacking. It will help to keep your calorie intake in check

Swap breakfast for a few alcoholic beverages in the evening?

That’s what a holiday is for isn’t it?!

3. Take yourself for a walk, every morning

Keep that energy expenditure high and clear your mind by relaxing + moving simultaneously

4. Enjoy the moment

If you want an ice cream, HAVE ONE!

You might put on a few pounds, but so what!?
