I have 3 questions for you:
1) When was the last time it was just you and your thoughts?
2) When was the last time you socialised with friends without food or drink?
3) When was the last time you looked up from your phone screen and noticed nature around you?
Walking burns calories
Walking gets your blood pumping, without being too strenuous
Walking is social
As your Food Is Life personal trainer I will encourage you to focus on walking every day
Rather than a couple of exercise sessions per week, if I had to pick between the two
Walking is a form of exercise
Exercise is a tool used for health
Health not only comes in the form of physical wellness
But mental wellness too
Walking covers it all
If you don’t already, try to use walking as an exercise tool over the coming week
