There are three things I need you to take away from this article regarding the Best Way to Lose Belly Fat For Women.

1. Women are naturally designed to sit at a higher body weight compared to men.

Females are designed to be childbearing creatures, which means they need more energy to survive and function to bring a small human being or 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 into this world.

So firstly, cut yourself some slack, lady!

You must be eating fewer calories than you are burning, consistently over a period of time #ccd.

The rates of weight loss may be different, but that will come down to the size of the calorie deficit #ccd, and the fact of point 1 above.
