“I wish I could lose weight as easy as I lose my keys”
We’ve got to a point in the dieting world
Where we think eating out/ socialising is impossible if you want to lose weight
Some people even understand that to be successful and lose weight
It’s just a numbers game #ccd
But they still turn down social occasions
Because they want to stick to their numbers and don’t necessarily trust themselves and/ or the food they will be provided with
Here’s the thing we forget with social occasions
Whether it’s a casual BBQ with friends or an organised weekend away
Don’t let the food rule you
Focus on the people, the company around you, the memories you are creating
NOT the food
Simple as that
Retrain your brain to focus on human connection
Not the stomach connection 😉
