Food Is Life Cancellation Policy
When you tick the box “set up direct debit” and make your payment, you will have agreed to a contract to work with Food Is Life. A follow up email will be sent confirming the agreement.
You will have the right to end the contract in certain circumstances:
If you are ill or injured and can’t complete the contract – proof may be required. Any agreed refund will be pro rate of where in the contract you are.
You haven’t been informed about upcoming changes to the contract.
You change your mind before you receive the first instalment of Food Is Life content.
You will not be entitled to a refund if:
You change your mind about the plan after receiving the first instalment of Food Is Life content.
