“I know it’s your 4th mince pie but can you eat it just to finish the packet?”

Yeah why not it’s Christmas

That’s all well and good, and a great joke to share with your friends throughout December

… But without meaning to sound anymore scroogy than I already am

The average Joe + Debbie put their years worth of weight on during the month of December

… And on average it never comes back off!

How does that piece of information make you feel?

Now don’t for a second get me wrong here

I want you to know of course, have fun, be social and consume extra calories

That is what life is for at the end of the day

But in the same breath, control it

Control your calories

Control your decisions

Control your brain
