1) The orange juice is liquid calories
2) The orange juice is a whole lot more calories
3) The medium orange is fresher tasting, with it being natures sweet after all
4) The medium orange you get to CHEW, don’t underestimate the power of chewing!!
I’m not saying don’t ever opt for the orange juice
But when your goal is weight loss, which is a goal governed by calories in vs calories out
Think bang for your buck with your precious calories
Liquid calories add up fast
Next time, opt for the orange instead
Use and enjoy the other 300 calories elsewhere, preferably via food
