Here’s a Main Reason You’re a Yo-Yo Dieter

I went on a diet yesterday. Thank God that is over!

My question to you:

Are you dieting from a place of love?

We both probably know the answer to that one, so here goes:

You’re not fat; you HAVE fat, know the difference

Tell yourself every single day that you’re beautiful – one day you’ll believe it

Make friends with the person in the mirror- would you talk to your friends the way you talk to yourself??

Use exercise as a celebration of what your body CAN do, not as a punishment for what you ate.

Learn to enjoy the roller coaster that is your journey

You don’t HAVE to lose weight. You WILL lose weight with time and patience (and the right tools and methods in place)

Dieting starts in the mind.

Love yourself, treat your body with care and tell it nice things every day

Do that consistently, and your body will follow.

It’s smart like that – trust me.
