Never felt alone

Lost a stone

Look no further… The Lean Bean Program is the easy, responsible and sustainable way to look good and feel great whilst understanding how and why food and exercise can affect your body so that after 8 weeks, you can continue to achieve flying solo. Steph provides fantastic support and the positive input from fellow Lean Beans on the dedicated Facebook group has kept me spurred on. I have lost a stone over the 8 week plan, but most importantly I have learned how to fuel my body for a happy, healthy and energised lifestyle.

More confident

Over the last few weeks I have started to enjoy exercise again and I am seeing my body change shape. I have learned the benefit of eating more protein and how it gives me energy and fills me up. End of a yo-yo dieter

Steph has taken me from a yo yo dieter to a believer in calorie deficit aligned with knowledge of my macros. I had no idea before I started how far I’d get in 8 weeks… it’s a new way of eating for me! I’m at the end of my 8 weeks and I’m keen to keep going!! Now if that’s not the end of a yo yo dieter I’m not sure what is. So if like me you felt lost and kept putting those diets off try lean bean courses! It’s not a diet it’s a way of life.

Re-educated me

Steph was able to diagnose key areas of my diet where I could reap benefit to improve my Triathlon training. She re-educated my nutrition knowledge and updated my calorie needs based on my training and goals.

I now feel stronger, less fatigued and ready to train without lethargy. I have new PB’s in my 5K race time, 400m swim and my recent sprint Triathlon, and I put these results down to the changes I have made to my diet with Steph as a primary reason.

Mind blown

My mind has been blown everyday over the last 8 weeks and my eyes opened to a whole new world of nutrition and understanding of how to fuel my body. Steph has a great way of turning your negatives into positives and supporting you on your journey to understand that the ‘impossible’ is in fact possible. I had a hectic work schedule, long commutes and early mornings/late nights. I was 100% convinced that Steph couldn’t change me or my lifestyle and that I’d never succeed on this programme. Im still living the same life, only now I’m educated, plan in advance, batch cook and work out every week – and I feel 1000 times better for it. I’m seeing amazing results physically but in fact more so mentally; I have more confidence, I’m happier and most importantly I’m in control!

Inspirational

Hi Steph I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying and benefiting from your Lean Bean programme. I’m 4 weeks in (half way!) and have so much more energy, I’m sleeping better, I’m thinking more clearly and I feel stronger! I’ve lost 8 1/2 lbs to date which I am delighted about! The food plan is great, I don’t feel I’m on a diet, I feel like I’m choosing how to fuel my body to achieve the results I want to achieve. I feel I am trying to hit targets, rather than being deprived! I really feel this is a plan for life. The HIIT exercise is really effective, and I’m loving working with weights, I can definitely feel a big improvement in strength and stamina. The information you provide on the food plan, the exercise and mindset are all spot on and your enthusiasm and passion shines through, and is inspirational.
