Q: What type of food can I eat whilst fasting?
A: Fast food

Do you find it hard to stick to rules?
Do you struggle with consistency?
Do you need more flexibility?
The 5:2 diet…
I see as a possible solution to any of the above questions you answered “yes” to
The 5:2 diet considers your energy balance over a 7-day period rather than one
(That part has already won me over)
So 2 days out of the 7 you stick to consuming 500 calories
Meaning the other 5 days you can live your life young, wild and free
(Within calorie reason of course)
Now am I saying this is the best way to create a calorie deficit and lose weight?
No
But it’s an option
And options are the key to life
Finding a way to create a calorie deficit that is simple and stress free:
That’s the best way to lose weight!
