How can you make time fly? Throw the clock out the window

I work long hours, I don’t have time to cook and prepare food”

“The kids take up all my spare time, when am I supposed to exercise?”

You have 24 hours in a day

How many of those do you spend on social media?

How many of those do you spend watching TV?

How many of those do you spend complaining that you have no time?

Firstly, you have the same 24 hours in your day as Serena Williams

And Steve Jobs

It comes down to two things

  • Priorities
  • Time management

If you want it enough, you will find the time

If you want it enough, you will put the relevant tools in place to make it happen

If you don’t have time to cook- use a meal prep company

If you don’t have time to exercise- make the kids do it with you

Don’t ever tell me you don’t have enough time to prioritise YOU
